Domaine Vitori is a family domain of 20 hectares located in the south-east of France, more exactly in the Var department in Pourrières (83910) at the foot of the Sainte Victoire mountain. The estate is located in the protected geographical area of the Côtes de Provence appellation and the Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire denomination.

Biodiversity

The estate has always been committed to respecting our environment and our biodiversity through its work using only organic fertilizers, products of natural origin (copper, sulfur, nettle and seaweed manure) and mechanical weeding. as much on the row as between rows. Our working tool is above all the soil and the living all around us. We are making this work a reality with the conversion to organic farming since 2019, as well as the ``High Environmental Value`` certification since 2020.
